Political advert?

Imagine, just for a moment, that the TVNZ7 logos in the following ‘advertisement’ are replaced with National Party ones.
If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, there is a reasonably coherent argument to be made that it might just be.. a duck.

Hmmmm…. This is the first time I’ve actually watched it…. And I think you’re right. But I also think there are questions that TVNZ need to answer here, not so much English.
oh Absolutely. I can’t imagine what the producers were thinking, unless of course, we are not giving them enough credit for creating controversy around their show and driving up its eventual ratings.
Geniuses. Why didn’t we think of it first.
I like it… Market all your new programs by causing a political controversy.
